Fabulous Xinjiang food (My Hometown Is A Massive Deal)

I was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang. a city that had no sea in its dreams. All we got is solid red meats. A lot of them, and we are not ashamed of it.

Cooked by the crazy dynamic Ugur people through their most spontaneous food culture. You can exam it in the way they throw and sprinkle the spices on kebabs and how they muscle the ladle to mix the steamy lamb rice in the giant iron wok. One two three and it’s done!

Food of efficiencies. Quality over simplicities. Complex yet not complicated. Just like how Xinjiang characters are. We are people by the mountain side. We go straight forward and we do not have twisted thoughts like those live by the water.
