"Let's Go Szechuan!"

Szechuan cuisine is known for it's bold flavors, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting for its use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavor of Szechuan pepper. UNESCO declared Chengdu, the capital of Szechuan Province, to be a city of gastronomy is 2011.

For this event, we will be preparing the following:

  • As usual, there will be a surprise dessert at the end!

6:30 PM - Start the second dish
7:15 PM - End of second dish
7: 15 PM - Start of third dish
7:45 PM - End of third dish
8:00 PM -Mystery dessert and discussion
8:30 PM - End of event
