Shandong cuisine is considered as the No. 1 of the 8 great cuisines of China.
It is the only self-originated cuisine while others are influenced by other nearby regions. Shandong cuisines has the longest history and has the most abundant cooking techniques and the most difficult methods.
For this event, we will be preparing the following:

Steamed tofu over egg, minced onion, ginger, and poured over with peas, carrots, potatoes, spinach, cucumber, celery and red dates

Pork tenderloin in a sweet & sour sauce

Chicken that is stir-fried while periodically braised with bean sauce, green pepper, dried fragrant mushroom, star anise, bay leaf, peppercorn, ginger, onion and garlic
